Our rates are as follows:

Training/Meeting Room:

Full day rental (8 hours): RM250

Half Day Rental (4 hours): RM150

~ Additional hours at RM40/hour 

Capacity: Chairs only = 15 pax | Table + Chair = 8 pax

Capacity: Chairs only = 50 pax | Table + chair = 36 pax

Half Day Rental (4 hours): RM300

~ Additional hours at RM55/hour

Capacity: Classroom = 50 pax | Theater = 60 pax

Our space is flexible to accommodate your required layout: Theater / classroom / cluster / u-shape / rectangle

Location : JCI Malaysia, Taman SetiaWangsa KL (nearby LRT SetiaWangsa 1km)

Amenities provided:

WIFI, utilities (air-con, electricity & water), tables, chairs, projector, microphone, speaker, whiteboard, fan, shared pantry (Cuckoo water filter, kettle, plates, cups, utensils)

PARKING:

Free parking at open carpark opposite the office. Roadside parking payable at DBKL rates.

F&B: Packed food is preferred. Buffet is discouraged to avoid spillage as we are NGO, no cleaner in office. Catering can be arranged if needed.

To secure your booking at Training Room Rental Kuala Lumpur, FULL rental payment is required in advance. 

Rental paid not refundable if class is cancelled or postponed, it will be recorded as credit for future usage.

Security Deposit RM100 is payable at check-in, and will be refunded if no loss/damage at the end of the session. 

No smoking/vaping allowed in the venue.

Training space is open for rental anytime from 9am to 10pm.

Early setup time of 30mins will be provided free as the hall will already be setup as per your needs.

If you require longer setup time then it will be chargeable. Please advise at time of booking.
